JET HEALTH, INC. ACQUIRES ALPINE PLUS HOME HEALTH

IRVINE, Calif.  …  October 16, 2017 …  Jet Health, Inc., a fast-growing home health care provider, announced today the acquisition of Alpine Plus Home Health, a Richardson, Texas-based home health agency that provides skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, medical social and companion care services.

Maria Bacud, RN, the former owner of Alpine Plus, will continue to lead and serve as the administrator of the new Jet Health location.  Her administrative team and field staff of nearly 30 healthcare professionals will also remain with the business.  With the completion of the Alpine Plus acquisition, Jet Health expands its current service offering to Medicare patients in need of home health services in the Dallas marketplace while leveraging the infrastructure of its existing business in nearby Fort Worth.

“The acquisition of Alpine Plus Home Health fits our growth plan in terms of the type of home health companies we are seeking to acquire as we expand our enterprise. Its size and location are complementary to our existing footprint and their attention to superior service, quality care and compliant operations blends well with our culture. We welcome the Alpine Plus team, patients and referral sources to Jet Health and look forward to growing our Texas presence through this acquisition,” stated Jim Glynn, Jet Health’s founder and chief executive officer.
